⚖️ Charter of Minimum User Rights

According to articles 190, 191 and 192 of the LFTR and guidelines of the Federal Telecommunications Institute / CRT.

Right to Information: Receive clear, truthful, and timely information about service characteristics, tariffs, general conditions, coverage, and speeds before contracting.
Right to a Contract: Enter into a written adhesion contract before the start of the service. The contract can be consulted on the VexTel website and at PROFECO.
Right to Quality: Receive the service with the contracted characteristics. VexTel guarantees a minimum speed of 5 Mbps at all times.
Right to Cancel: Request service cancellation at any time without financial penalty when there is no agreed forced term.
Right to be Notified: Be informed with at least 30 natural days of advance notice of any modification in tariffs or service conditions.
Right to Privacy: The inviolability of your communications, in terms of Article 16 of the Constitution and the LFTR.
Right to Non-Discrimination (Network Neutrality): Access any content, application, or internet service without VexTel discriminating or blocking traffic based on origin, destination, or protocol.
Right to Emergency Services: Access the 911 emergency service for free at all times, without additional charge.
Right to Compensation: Receive a proportional discount or compensation in case of service interruptions not due to acts of God or force majeure.
Right to File Complaints: File complaints with VexTel, PROFECO (800 468 8722 / profeco.gob.mx), and the CRT (800 888 4380 / ift.org.mx), at no cost to the user.
Right to a Receipt: Request and obtain an invoice or payment receipt for each monthly fee covered.
Right to Data Protection: That your personal data be treated in accordance with the LFPDPPP and VexTel's Privacy Policy, with the possibility of exercising ARCO rights at any time.
